Terms of Service

The rules of the game for the network, the website and the store.

Last updated

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the EndoraPvP Minecraft network (play.endorapvp.com), the website endorapvp.com, the official Discord server and the store. By connecting to the network, creating a website account or making a purchase you agree to these terms, the server rules and the privacy policy.

EndoraPvP is operated from the Netherlands as an independent community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or in any way connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You need a legitimate Minecraft: Java Edition account to play. Cracked or shared accounts are not allowed.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your Minecraft and website accounts. Keep your password private; we never ask for it.
  • One person may hold one website account. Linking a Minecraft account requires proof of ownership (in-game code or Microsoft sign-in).
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the rules, or that are inactive for a long time.

3. Rules of conduct

The server rules are part of these terms and are enforced by our staff team. In short:

  • No cheating, hacked clients, macros, exploits or bug abuse. Report bugs instead of using them.
  • No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, doxxing or sexual content.
  • No advertising of other servers, scamming, real-money trading or account trading.
  • No ban evasion with alternate accounts.
  • Follow staff instructions and use the appeal system if you disagree with a decision.

Punishments range from warnings to permanent bans and are listed publicly on the bans page. You can appeal through the website. Staff decisions on appeals are final.

4. Store, ranks and payments

  • Purchases in the store are handled by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Tebex's own terms of sale apply to the payment. Prices are shown including VAT where applicable.
  • Ranks and other store items are virtual goods that grant cosmetic and gameplay perks on the EndoraPvP network only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Items are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account you enter at checkout, normally within minutes. Double-check the username; we cannot transfer purchases between accounts.
  • Upgrades between ranks are priced as the difference between the ranks. A higher rank replaces the lower one.
  • We may change, rebalance or remove perks to keep the game fair. Perks that depend on a gamemode end when that gamemode is reset or closed.
  • Purchases do not exempt you from the rules. A banned account keeps its purchases but cannot use them while banned.

Refunds and chargebacks

Because virtual goods are delivered immediately, you agree that the right of withdrawal under article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code expires once delivery has started. If a purchase was not delivered or was delivered incorrectly, contact us through the support page and we will fix or refund it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in the removal of the purchased items and may lead to a ban from the store.

5. Your content

Chat messages, builds, appeal texts, support messages and other content you create remain yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and moderate it as part of operating the network. We may remove content that breaks the rules without notice.

6. Availability and changes

  • We aim to keep the network online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, resets, updates or technical problems may cause downtime or loss of in-game progress.
  • Gamemodes may be reset, changed or closed at any time. Resets can clear worlds, inventories, hearts and statistics.
  • We may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

The network and website are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of in-game progress or items, downtime or actions of other players. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their own country. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right to bring a dispute before the court of your place of residence. You can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
