Why can I not build or open doors near spawn?

Spawn and the Warzone around it are protected: nobody can build, break or use doors and chests there. Walk out to the Wilderness to build. See Spawn, the Warzone and the Wilderness.

Why can I not teleport?

You were hit by (or hit) a player in the last 30 seconds. Teleports, kits, crates and merchants are blocked during that time. Wait it out, or win the fight.

I died. Where are my items?

You drop your items where you died, like in vanilla Minecraft. Go back quickly, or keep spare gear at home.

Do I lose Souls when I die?

No. Souls are only spent when you buy something. See How Souls work.

Why did that kill not give Souls?

Player kills never give Souls, and neither do villagers, golems, mobs from spawners or spawn eggs, and bred animals. You also earn at most 600 Souls a minute.

Can I give Souls to a friend?

No, there is no /pay. Buy something with your Souls and give your friend the item, or use /gift <player>.

My reward did not arrive

Your inventory was probably full. Every system keeps it for you:

• /rewards: merchant purchases and bounties
• /crate claim: crates and the Endervault
• /gift claim: gifts and kit items
• /koth claim: KOTH rewards

How many homes can I have?

Three. Use /sethome <name> to name them and /homes to list them.

How big can a team be?

Four players including the owner, plus up to five alts. See Teams.

Can other players raid my base?

Not when it is inside your team's claims: strangers can not break, place or open anything there, and explosions do not change claimed blocks. Unclaimed builds in the Wilderness are not protected.

Can I use Bedrock or another Minecraft version?

No. You need Java Edition 26.3 and a premium account. See How to join EndoraPvP.

Someone is breaking the rules. What do I do?

Use /helpop <message> to reach the online staff, or open a ticket through Support. The rules apply to everyone.
